Ownership: You retain full ownership of the gratitude entries, notes, and other personal content you create in Gratty ("User Content"). We do not claim ownership of your private journal entries.

License to Us: By using the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, host, and display your User Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you (e.g., ensuring your data syncs across devices). We do not sell your private journal entries to third parties or advertisers.

Premium Features: Gratty may offer optional paid subscriptions ("Gratty Premium") that unlock additional features.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account or third parties such as Stripe.

Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Refunds: Refunds are handled directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their respective policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.
